Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Search & Marketing Automation / HubSpot

Job Description

Paid Search (50%):

  • Work closely with the paid search manager to create, plan, and implement paid search campaigns
  • Monitor and report on KPIs for paid search programs
  • Monitor client PPC budgets
  • Perform keyword research
  • Use PPC data to make recommendations to improve campaign performance, leveraging paid search as a lead generation tool
  • Bring new technology and best practice ideas to the agency for improving technology implementation and paid search success
  • Coordinate trouble ticket items with paid search platforms as they arise

Marketing Automation (50%): 

  • Support Marketing Automation team in executing email marketing campaigns, includes programming emails and creating dynamic smart lists
  • Understand campaign metrics and share results with the team
  • Plan and perform A/B tests
  • Support in programming forms, landing page and blog posts


  • 3-5 years overall Digital Marketing experience, agency experience preferred
  • 3+ years paid search experience
  • 3+ years Marketing Automation experience, HubSpot proficient, certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational, planning and time management
  • Strong critical thinking with problem solving ability
  • Self-motivated with the ability to hit deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Client-facing communication skills
  • Analytical minded – ability to work with data to make informed decisions on optimizations
  • Proficient in Google Ads, certifications preferred
